The film introduces a plausible premise: we seek quick answers, fixes,...like in the movies, even books. The essential 55...

What if education is not a sprint? It's a marathon where the most heroic thing to do is to "quietly, faithfully serve? To choose collaboration over isolation, sustainability over quick results?" Excellent point.

I wish the video could have gone a little further....seeking understanding over rote curriculum expectations, empowering each student to learn and excel at his/her capability, realizing that each day will require patience and hope that all students will feel motivated to continue their quest...

Excellent point. I'd love to see an overall paradigm shift from the two current models (growth or achievement) top sustainability.
